After more than20years’ rapid growth, the domestic telecom industry has been transformedfrom the original seller’s market to a buyer’s market. Because of the personalized needs of telecomusers and the oversupply of telecom products, the customers start to have more discourse power,and their consumption experience have received more attention. So the marketing mode of telecomoperators should adapt the changing environment, and they should develop more business to meetthe consumer’s demand. According to this situation, K Telecom Company exploits a suite of videosurveillance system for the social insurance drugstore.This article focuses on the marketing management problems of social insurance drugstore videosurveillance system. First, it analyzes the increasingly fierce competition environment in thetelecom industry and the developing trend that marketing activities are more like projects, finds outproblems existing in the marketing management, and indicates that the innovation of marketingmanagement, on the view of project management, is the inevitable requirement for the futuredevelopment of enterprises. Combining the latest progress in the field of project management inboth domestic and abroad, the article takes this video surveillance system as a breakthrough point,from the angle of project management, analyzes the whole process of marketing management, putsit within the framework of project management, and comes up with an idea of projectized marketingmanagement. The practice of projectized marketing management mode can be divided into fourstages, respectively are the scheme design stage, the projectized marketing management preparationstage, the marketing strategy implementation stage and the marketing effect evaluation stage.Beginning from the requirements analysis of the system, the thesis describes advantages anddisadvantages of K Telecom Company and the system general design scheme, introduces theestablishment of marketing management system with project management as the core, discusses theintegration of project management concept and enterprise culture, highlights the importance ofemployee motivation, which can promote performance in the process of project management, andfrom several aspects, evaluates the effects of marketing projects.Paper studies show that the marketing management innovation, based on the perspective ofproject management, can make the enterprise get rid of the resource constraint caused by theoriginal function architecture. It will effectively integrate internal resources, manage the wholeprocess of marketing work better, and make the enterprise attain product and service differentiation, which can form the core competitiveness of enterprises. The marketing management mode withproject management as the core system has combined the business development and managementrequirements of sale-service enterprises, as a result, the application of this mode will have universalsignificance in such enterprises.
