Research On Application Of Project Managment Theory In Police Video Surveillance Project

With the rapid development of economy and society,the public security organs need more and more video surveillance system.Video surveillance project involves a lot of hardware and software systems,and needs to coordinate different personnel and institutions to complete it together.Video surveillance system is becoming more and more complex,and requires higher level of management of the project team.Studying the application of project management theory in the video surveillance project,summarizing the management methods of such projects,is helpful to improve our management level of the same type of project.Taking A City video surveillance project as an example,this paper discusses in detail the application of project management theory in this project.In the first chapter,this paper introduces the research background,the current situation and development trend of project management theory,and the significance of the research.The second chapter introduces modern project management theory from four aspects:scope management,time management,quality management and communication management,and introduces the research methods of work breakdown structure WBS,Gantt chart,critical path method,causality diagram for later use.The third chapter introduces the research case in detail:the basic situation of A city public security video surveillance project.The fourth chapter discusses the application of project management theory in this case on the basis of the second chapter and the third chapter,and summarizes the experience and lessons of the case.Through this study,we can have a basic understanding of the implementation process of public security video surveillance project,and have a more in-depth understanding of the application of project management theory in such projects.
