The Reserch On ICT Project Management Of Heyuan Mobile HD Video Surveillance

With the advent of the era of operators "full-service", the three operators face white-hot competition that makes enterprise transformation and ICT business becomes a trend. The application of research results will make the ICT project management more professional and standardized; in the initiating process group, the requirement analysis, benefit analysis more scientific; in the planning process group, can use templates and expert judgment and other methods to develop schedule, estimate costs and plan quality; in the execution process group, can trace requirement, review and adjust schedule, implement project change; in the final process group, pass acceptance, audits and post-evaluation, provide experience and lessons for future project, improve ICT project management efficiency, improve customer satisfaction,enhance ICT business competitiveness.
