With the development of economy and tourism heat in reservoir area,the visitor flow increases continuously and the ships tends to be lager,more luxurious and various.As the terrain features of reservoir area,it is used to be with seasonal crosswind and dense fog in specific waters,or cause rainstorm,cyclone and sandstorm in extreme weather,which could bring navigation risk to tour ships in reservoir area.In addition,it may cause the phenomena of ship collision,capsizing,standing,fire,drowning of visitors and so on.The emergency rescue force of reservoir area is dispersive and the decision of emergency rescue mainly depends on the leaders' experience at present.Therefore,the rationality of emergency rescue scheme can't be verified timely and the efficiency of emergency rescue tends to be dissatisfied.How to take targeted emergency rescue measures to improve the success rate and reduce losses is very import,and it has become an urgent problem.Aimed at the above problem,a decision-making support system for marine emergency rescue in reservoir area based on case-based reasoning and emergency supplies optimization is put forward.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aimed at the characteristics of emergency rescue in reservoir area,emergency rescue case base based on CBR is established to provide decision support.This thesis focuses on the organization and expression of case,the confirmation of retrieval attribute,the acquisition approach of retrieval attribute based on expert scoring method and cloud mode,and the calculation method of similarity among cases.(2)Aimed at the generation problem of detailed strategy about emergency rescue,an optimal allocation model of rescue supplies based on rescue sites is constructed.according to the supply type and quantity of every site,an optimal allocation model of rescue supplies among sites is designed to optimize emergency supplies.(3)Selecting suitable emergency rescue result evaluation indexes,and evaluating and marking for emergency result by fuzzy synthetically evaluation method.The result will be a support to decide whether to add this case to case base.By this way,the capability of self-study for this system can be implemented well.(4)Based on the above research and analysis,using relevant technology to implement the decision support system for marine emergency rescue in reservoir area.It is with great help to promote the comprehensive information management of reservoir area.This system can provide effective decision support for emergency rescue,improve the pertinence,accuracy and efficiency of emergency rescue,reduce the emergency cost,and decrease resource waste.It is of great realistic significance and theoretical significance.
