China’s urban population, along with the city fire disaster more and more complex, involving more and more elements, increasing the degree of harm, and therefore rapid development of accurate, reasonable and detailed rescue plan to guide the rescue operation, to reduce casualties and property loss goal is now urgent needs. Therefore, the study of fire and rescue auxiliary computer information system has become a hotspot.Case-based reasoning mechanisms in the field of artificial intelligence is an important knowledge-based problem solving and learning methods are currently used in the typical pattern recognition, intelligent control, decision support and other areas, but it successful applications and unique style of reasoning to it shows strong vitality. Not only does it not need to display the domain model expression can be obtained through case library saved cases rapidly knowledge, and can develop people’s creative thinking, knowledge in the field is difficult to fully understand the expectations and assumptions made, and guide us to avoid committing future the many advantages of the same errors. Grey relational analysis method refers to a change in system development trend of quantitative description and comparative method is an effective method of gray system analysis methods to measure the degree of correlation between the various programs. The problem with the city fire for sudden events, selected from a fire emergency decision-making system in the case base and current events most similar cases and the appropriate contingency plans for the purpose of, first, the case-based reasoning in Urban Fire Emergency Decision System, and then retrieve the matching process in case-based reasoning in the case of gray relational analysis of emergency decision system in the comparative case series data analysis.
