Design And Implementation Of The ERP System In A Commercial Management Corporation

At present, the average information level of commercial-real-estate industry is still low,many companies are still in the stage of simple document processing. The current status ofinformation level in the industry does not match well with its development, which has alreadyrestricted the existence and development of commercial-real-estate enterprises. Based onmany literatures and combining with the ERP system in a commercial management company.This paper tries to study the design and implementation of the ERP system in commercialreal-estate industry.Through comprehensive analysis of operation structure and operating characteristics incommercial-real-estate companies, this paper has studied the requirement for ERP system inbusiness companies. With the help of the key technologies of UML modeling language andthe J2EE, the system architecture modular design have been achieved.After completing therequirement analysis and architecture design, this paper specifically focuses on how to use theERP system according to the actual situation in a commercial management corporation. Thefive modules of the ERP system in a company include the investment management subsystem,the lease contract management subsystem, the customer service operation managementsubsystem, the management subsystem and the charge subsystem.In the last part, we summarize the whole article and the research contents in the futureare proposed.
