| In recent years, China has continued to accelerate the process of urbanization, which alsoindicates the broad market prospects of the booming real estate industry. However, real estateenterprises have to be faced with challenges as soon as opportunities.With the deepening of market reform and the fast development of enterprise scale, manyreal estate companies have began to realize the necessity of enterprise informatizationconstruction. For the management system, how to ensure the quality of the system whileimprove the capacity of business management，which has put forword a high demand for notonly development technology， but also management idea.The SSH (Struts, Spring, Hibernate) integration framework technology can be welladapted to the development needs of the real estate business, and meet the requirements forsystem versatility, scalability and security. The SSH framework has many advantagescompared with the traditional development framework. ERP management system canestablish perfect cost structure, standard operating procedures and progress tracking for corebusiness of the real estate.This paper described the design and implementation process of the real estate ERP systemin detail. The system uses the method developed by the Software Engineering, and is designedand implemented by SSH framework. It has engineering information management, financialmanagement, project progress tracking, cost management statistics and other functions toachieve co-ordination of management of project and finance devided in tradition. In result, thesystem realized a unified and efficientIt management mode and provided strong basis fordecision making business to decision makers, effectively eliminate the barrier of the realestate business information exchange. This paper aims to show the merits of ERP system and the advantages of SSH framework from the design and implementation process of the realestate ERP system. |
