With the development of computer,communication and network technology,information communication is rapidly covered by the field devices to the all the controls and managements from the section,workshop,industrial and mining enterprises and even markets around the world.The rapid development of information technology has caused changes of structure of automation systems,and gradually formed a network of integrated automation systems based on enterprise information systems.At the same time along with computer integrated manufacturing systems and increasing complexity of control systems,distributed control system has been gradually unable to meet the needs of development,and field bus technology provides a way to solve this problem.By analyzing the inadequacy of traditional monitoring system this paper is in full use of modern micro-computer technology and fieldbus communications technology.Based on CAN bus a monitoring system and integrated business management is developed using a PC as upper computer,LPC2119 microprocessor as lower computer.The system exchanges data by using CAN bus through the PCI-5110.The system functions includes data acquisition,data storage and communications tasks.This paper analyzes the the working principle of embedded real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱand successfully transplants aμC / OS-Ⅱoperating system from the entire application into a sequence of tasks based on priority level of parallel execution to improve the system's real-time nature of applications while reducing design complexity and improve the reliability of the system.Through computer technology, information and communication technology and control technology,technology integration,to reach the scene signal monitoring,data processing,real-time control to information management,business decision-making functions of integration,which constitutes the enterprise information infrastructure,the basic structure.Based on fieldbus bus system a monitoring system with good performance,stability and well control system is designed to meet real-time and reliability.
