With the popularization of4G and the rapid development of intelligent mobileterminals, Android/Apple and other a number of intelligent mobile terminals haveemerged, which brings unprecedented interactive experience to user group; userupstream data has become a notable feature of the mobile internet, and the intelligentmobile terminal has become a new interactive information center. The demandcontents and propagation mode of future information are undergoing enormouschanges. Under the situation of intensifying competition, the traditional radio andtelevision media must take measures to deal with the change in propagation pattern,seize the commanding height and dominant right (initiative) of the propagation of newmedia, and promote informationized industry development with forward-lookingvision, heroical courage and high-end cloud computing technology, so that the cityinformation can be managed, controlled and developed constantly. The trend of thetimes makes the traditional radio and television media update the informationizedindustry development.Under the background, this paper designs and develops the handheld mobileapplication system by using the three-tier architecture framework, three kinds ofmodes of Native development, mobile middleware and Wap application (Html5) aswell as MySQL database based on Java (EE Java2Platform Enterprise Edition). The"handheld mobile application--public multiple terminal information integrationapplication platform" is designed to build the full media industry chain of "content+operation+terminal" based on advanced cloud computing technology, radio andtelevision technology and content advantages; also provide customers and the generalpublic with the new media of cross-platform, cross-screen and cross-network services.Based on the mobile application service platform, the stable, reliable and efficientmobile application unified smart city portal is formed and the "integration of three networks, integration of five screens" is realized, which can provide a variety ofconvenient one-stop services relating to the daily life of the public and the workenvironment for government as well as enterprises to turn out for work locally,thereby enhancing the capacity of governmental public service and making theintelligent mobile terminal become the service platform for government, receptiondesk for business entity transaction and service guide for people’s convenient life.In the process of system design and development, the philosophy of softwareengineering is strictly followed; pure object-oriented thinking and visual integrationare used to develop platform, and the handheld mobile application system is modeledbased on the technical specification of UML, so as to complete the analysis, designand implementation of system. The handheld mobile application background systemis set up based on Web environment, and unified release interface is used atapplication client to complete the whole process of release, which owns strong systemsecurity and controllability, especially suitable for the broadcasting industry, and alsohas reference value for other industries. The use of standardized technology simplifiesthe complex problems relating to the development, deployment and management, etc.of enterprises’ solutions. The system is characterized by cross platform and excellentportability.
