Construction of the ability of school information technology is very important for the national educational informatization. Strengthen the construction of information infrastructure and ability at all levels schools and creating educational information environment is an important task for national education information work. "Decade of Education Information Development Plan(2011-2020)" clears that colleges and universities should vigorously promote the construction of digital campus and build some perfect digital platforms of information dissemination, online teaching, knowledge sharing, management services and campus cultural life to promote system integration and data sharing.National "the Twelfth Five" plan will focus on the development of cloud computing as the main force in the next generation of information technology. With the advantages of cloud computing gradually appear in the process of educational and teaching practice. It is increasingly urgent to promote technological change education with cloud computing and the modernization of education with educational information. To solve the problem of information dissemination and sharing of universities and to provide more convenient services for teachers and students, this study explored the construction and implementation of mobile campus services platform in the context of cloud computing. This article studied the following aspects with literature research, survey research and case study method.First, this study analyzed the existing problems of mobile campus services platform and proposed measures to improve and perfect it. All of these are the foundation of the subsequent construction of mobile services platforms campus. Second, this study analyzed and discussed the definition, characteristics, architecture and service models of cloud computing and described some successful cases of mobile cloud computing. Based on this, author summed up the advantages of construct mobile campus services platform based on cloud computing. Third, by analyzing the characteristics of users of the mobile campus services platform, the author determined the design goals and functional requirements. Based on this, the author constructed the overall structure, function modules and operating mechanism of mobile campus services platform. Fourth, under the premise of the development environment configured, the author began development work of mobile campus services platform using HTML5, CSS3, JSON and jQuery Mobile based on cross-platform development framework.
