The Intelligence Surveillance Information Platform Based On Mobile Cloud Service

Mobile Internet and cloud computing is the technology that develops the most rapidly in information technology industry in recent years. The combination of mobile Internet and cloud computing creates a new system of information service. According to the development of mobile Internet and cloud computing, this paper proposed an idea of mobile cloud service which extends the strong capacity of cloud computing with wireless network and mobile device, broking up the limitation of time and space. This paper explained the basic concept of mobile cloud service and introduced the main technology and application feature of this information service system. The main modes of acquiring information in mobile cloud service system is proposed in the paper, which are the interactive service with the participation of user, the active service without the participation of user, intelligent forecast service with relative information.According to the actual video surveillance demand for lab room, an information platform of intelligent video surveillance based on mobile cloud service is designed and implemented in this paper. Monitor images are captured through IP camera and environment data is collected by sensors. Cloud server gathers all the data from each monitor terminal, storing it into huge database. Image processing technology is used for analyzing the content of the monitor images, transferring digital data to intuitive information which easier for human to understand. With the idea of mobile cloud service system, cloud server distinguished the different information requirement of different user by using its powerful computing and huge database, offering user the information that they matters most. This platform reduced the operation steps for users to find out what they need, and improved the efficiency of information spread and the quality of the service.
