With the continuous development of medical information technology and cloud computingtechnology, regional health information technology has started to become the hot topic inacademics and medical industry. Traditional medical information has been unable to keep up withthe growing demand for lifestyle and people. Medical information service in the role of thedoctor-patient have been unable to fully meet the data processing efficiency, the demand forbusiness concurrent processing time. While, as the deepening medical reform, small medicalstructure facing unprecedented difficulties in the deployment of information technology, fullsharing of medical information and medical information for rapid deployment desire to becomethe government and medical institutions.To solve these problems, we propose a cloud-based medical information service platform(MICA), basic health services will be deployed to the cloud environment, while reducing theterminal equipment requirements, extends to multiple nodes to obtain a multi-point scalablecomputing power and data storage capacity. The platform for the medical institutions and ordinaryusers establish information and communication bridge between the two, which is the servicesystem innovations in technology and service model.On the basis of a detailed study of medical information and its development, SOAarchitecture, cloud computing and cloud computing on the basis of key technologies, this paperput forward the overall architecture of cloud-based framework for medical information servicesystem, and separately from the cloud computing infrastructure layer and application supportlayer, cloud platform services layer three areas for analysis. And have researched the private cloudservices platform for hospital, and private cloud platform basis, the detailed analysis and designof private cloud-based medical information service platform is discussed in detail, including theoverall architecture design, necessity analysis and design, and data analysis and design models.Finally, private cloud-based health information service platform implementations, which includethe platform infrastructure layer, support layer and application services layer, and provided a detailed exposition through a project which author participation called clinical. The main projectsinclude the clinical care, infusion and medical data BI interface.
