In recent years, with the development of the performance appraisal system,performance appraisal of personnel management in various enterprises andinstitutions which occupy an increasingly important position. For vocational colleges,because of the time of its development is relatively short, so the teacher performanceevaluation has failed to arouse the attention of the manager. Currently, performanceappraisal program adopted by many vocational colleges are on the basis of otherenterprises through improved and adopted in. However, due to the performanceappraisal program other enterprises can not meet the characteristics of the work ofteachers colleges, therefore, it is difficult in this performance appraisal program willreflect the true performance of teachers. In this context, the establishment of aninformation-based teacher performance appraisal management system vocationalcolleges have a very important significance.Based on the actual situation of the development of higher vocational colleges,teacher performance appraisal program adopted by the current higher vocationalinstitutions as the main object of study, carried out a very detailed study and analysisof their performance appraisal of the actual situation, through the use of hierarchicalanalysis for vocational colleges have set up a relatively reasonable teacherperformance appraisal program. Using the C#programming language, ASPNETtechnology and SQL database management system, designed and completed a setbased on B/S structure of teacher performance assessment management system,which is mainly a summary by the data, peer evaluation, student evaluation,supervision and evaluation of data management modules.In this issue of the establishment of the performance appraisal system to satisfythe actual needs of higher vocational colleges vocational teacher performance appraisal. The performance appraisal system has the following characteristics, namelyscalability, high flexibility, can be adjusted according to the needs of the indicators forhigher vocational colleges payroll, job classification, job promotion and personnelmanagement provides the necessary basis.
