| Coal mine production safety is a top priority relating to life and property safety. Theconstruction of underground staff management system helps identifying mining staff andmoving targets and timely sending feedback information back. Once accident happens,treatment operations could be deployed at the fastest speed and damages minimized.The contents of this research include the selection of technical scheme, designs oftechnological structure, functional structure, and network topology; and detailed designsand implementation of system functional modules.This paper uses the.NET as adevelopment platform, which guarantees excellent compatibility of the system. The systemadopts three layers of B/S architecture design. More specifically, the system shows theuser server processing results through the UI layer, the realization of ASP page with C#language, achieved through Web browser. The business logic layer withdraws, updates anddeletes data from SQL Server database data via using SqlClient or OleDb, and sendsthe data back to the presentation layer. The database layer is responsible for the actualdata storage and management. It provides data storage and management, data interface fordata exchanges with other data sources.Looking from the function, the system is divided into four relatively independentmodules: system management, underground staff management, emergency rescue andalarm and attendance management. The operation of underground staff management systemis operated by the administrators only. In this module, the system administrator setspermissions for different users and sets the vector map, making it convenient for users tocheck their permissions and use different functions.Underground staff management moduleis for the management and maintenance of staff information and staff status.Underground staff who are in charge of emergency rescue and alarmsupport activate alarms or find automatically activated alarms. Dispatching staff organize and deploy emergency rescue operations according to the pre-set plans and the pre-disasterlocations of staff. Attendance management is for monitoring the times of staff going in andout of the mine well, overdue, taking leaves and working overtime.Through the design and implementation of this system, staff management in BeiXin Yao coal mining well is automatically done. The system has centralized, unified andstandardized dispersed staff information and underground staff status via classifying staffinformation, staff status, attendance management, alarming, emergency pre-plans, staffrescue work. Information is stored and checked via modern and professional methodswhich protects the database from fire, humidity, moths, and theft and relives menace forcoal mining staff and the wells. |
