With the rapid development of mobile Internet,the relationship between people and wireless network, especially wireless network based on Wi-Fi, has become closer and closer. This issue implements a network design of embedded device based on ARM11, which can realize information sharing and relay transmission with the cooperation of a Wi-Fi module and a camera module that connected to the device. For management and accessing of data on Linux Server, after showing problems that traditional relational databases encounter, this issue introduces two of the most popular technologies of NoSQL that are widely applied.A development board with S3C6410microprocessor inside is used in this design. This borad can capture a picture and access the Internet through wireless transmission after respectively connected to the OV9650camera module through CAM interface of the board and the WM-G-MR-09Wi-Fi module through SDIO interface of the board. Two applications are developed, one of them is used to control the camera module then compress the data flow into a jpeg fomat picture based on V4L2and a compressing lib called libjpeg, the other is about socket networking to send this picture to the server for unified management.The section of server-side introduces the installation or building and configuration procedure of Linux operating system, Apache network server, MySQL database and PHP development environment in detail, also installation and configuration procedure of Memcached and Redis, the two most popular database cache technologies. At last, two extension tools of PHP is introduced to access Memcached and Redis with PHP.
