Hardware Design And Implementation Of Mobile Internet Device Based On ARM11

With the popularization of Internet, especially the gradual popularization of the mobile Internet and 3G mobile communications, Mobile Internet Device has wandered into our lives.With the widespread development of network and miniaturization of computers, Mobile Internet Device is becoming a necessity in our future life. Mobile Internet Device is smaller in size, lower in weight and more convenient in carrying. It combines some functions of personal computer with the capability of communication of mobile phone. Mobile Internet Device can communicate with each other on wireless network, and get a variety of services on the Internet. Therefore, it is of great value to do deep research on the Mobile Internet Device.This paper design and complete a Mobile Internet Device hardware platform based on ARM 11.To the application, the Mobile Internet Device hardware can realize the internet access, audio recorder, video player, telephone communications and image information acquisition.To the mobility, we can access network with the WIFI or TD network,and make sure it keep in network when it move.To the security, it can encrypt the important information based on the hardware module. The major work throughout the development process of this paper include:1. Mobile Internet Device system and its platform are overall analyzed, and the overall design of the hardware is given.2. Schematic design of Mobile Internet Device hardware is presented in detail, including the power supply, microprocessor, serial port, USB port, LCD interface, camera interface, the audio chip, SD card, network interface, TD module and FPGA.3. PCB board design of Mobile Internet Device hardware is presented in detail, including the chip layout and alignment in PCB board.4. Welding and test the hardware platform.5. Make sure that the each part of the hardware can realize its function.According to the hardware test, all function modules and ports of the Mobile Internet Device can work normally and performance stability, the hardware meet the specification.
