With the development of automatic control technology, the low cost automation which has the characteristics such as low cost、low risk、high benefit and does not require a major renovation of the existing manufacturing process, has been a trend in the development of industial automation and also has become an iomportant research subject to automatic control. Automation transformation technology has been the comprehensive application of mechanical%electronic、computer and information technology. The research and design of the automatic logoff device of the truck rollover institutions talked in this topic is an instance of the low cost automation applications, which mainly care about how to realize the transformation of the automatic logoff of the flip off assembly mechanism. This paper relies on the university-enterprise cooperation project which is our school cooperated with Anhui Ankai Huaxia auto parts manufacturing co., LTD——structure and system design of automatic logoff. All of the design and description of this topic arises from the engineering practice.In this paper according to the development of the open CNC structure at home and abroad’s application combined with the production line’s field condition, discussed the key problems and solutions of the automatic logoff system of the truck rollover agencies, programmed the automatic logoff system’s overall structure and design process, put forward two kinds of structure scheme. In the article, the mechanical structure of the automatic logoff system has been designed, with SolidWorks and Pro-E the3D models were created, mechanical analysis has been done to the key parts of the system with the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and finally completed the structure design, processing and installation. The hardware circuit was designed by the Protel DXP2004, and then completed the welding of the control circuit board and the circuit wiring connection."IPC+motion control card" control mode has been used in the control system. LabVIEW workbench was introduced to develop the control system. In this paper, the ART PCI1010was chosen as the control core of the lower position machine. The communication between the upper machine and the lower machine is also detailed introduced. So does to the control application software programming etc. At the end of the paper, a field test has been done on the designed automatic logoff system. Based on the experimental results analysis, at the same time, also discussed the problems in the design and the keypoints which should be cared about.
