Development Of An Automatic Online Dispenser

The application of dispensing technology in electronic packaging technology has come into being with the miniaturization of electronic products and the continuous expansion of the number of electronic products.Automatic dispenser is widely used in the field of electronic packaging.Through the three-axis linkage to the dispensing valve to a certain point in space,dispensing machine controls the dispensing valve on and off for dispensing.The domestic R&D of automatic dispensers started late,and there is still a gap between the valve body performance parameters and the motion control technology.Therefore,according to the advantages and disadvantages of the popular dispensers in the industry,this paper has a high degree of practical significance that developing an automatic on-line dispenser.Firstly,according to the function of automatic dispensing machine,this paper analyzes the main performance indicators of the developed dispenser.Based on the comparison of different control schemes,the overall design plan of "IPC + Motion Control Card + Servo System" was put forward,and the hardware design and software design were elaborated in detail.The hardware part starts from the specific process of dispensing process,and gives appearance and mechanical structure design to analyze the deployment of hardware and software resources of the motion control card.It focuses on the selection basis,specific connection,parameter setting and part of the interface circuit of the core components.The design achieved the basic motion control function of the developed dispenser.The design of extended functional modules such as the dispensing valve module,vision module and electronic scale module was introduced,and the functions of image processing automatic offset correction and continuous dispensing speed planning were realized.The software part uses the.NET framework of the Windows operating system on the IPC as the development platform.It uses the VB.net language to compile the operating software with the dynamic link library provided by the GTS-800,and designs the functions such as motion control,parameter setting,and auxiliary operations.It is a simple,efficient and easy to operate human-computer interaction interface.The test results of the whole machine show that the fully automatic on-line dispenser developed in this paper can achieve the desired process tasks,and at the same time,the test and analysis of the dispensing accuracy are performed.The performance index can be met,and the dispensing amount and dispensing position can be accurately determined control.
