In this thesis, a servo turn-table system with three freedoms is designed, which is based on the background of 'ship stabilization research'. This platform is used to ship motion on the sea; it can not only shorten the times of sea trials, reduce cost but also quicken the exploitation of product.In this paper, three freedom of platform is designed and implemented; the emphasis is to solve the applied problems, which includes the scheme design and the hardware and software design, the design and simulation of control algorithm.Because it is a high precision servo system, we adopt the method which called 'PC+Motion Contrlo Card'. The master-slave control structure based IPC and motion control card is adopted for this system. The system reliability is improved evidently with this structure, which has the strong ability of logical judgment and information treatment. The IPC sends the required position or velocity signals to the motion control card. The motion control card accepts the signals sent by IPC and the feedback signals of the turn-table position or velocity, then calculates and outputs the control signals according to the control algorithm, and monitors the state of the turn-table.The hardware design includes the select of motion control card, servo motion, the position sensor.The design of software includes the algorithm design of platform position and the motion control. The position of the turn-table is depend on theThe expert PID algorithm and BPNN PID algorithm are designed and the simulation results are given in this paper. Compared to the normal PID, the intelligent PID proves a high precision.
