Research On The Automatic Sorting Technology LED Die

The content of this paper is the research of the automatic sorting machine for LED grains. The device is mainly used for sorting the LED grain on the blue film according to its quality and rearranging the LED grain on the new mucosa. The basis principle of the LED grain sorting machine is analyzed in briefly. The hardware and software design requirements of the LED grain automatic sort machine are proposed in accordance with the production process. On this basis, the hardware platform, the algorithm and the software processes of the sorting control system are realized.Firstly, the mechanical platform, the vision system and the motion control system, which are the component of the LED grain automatic sorting system, have been analyzed in detail. Secondly, during the process of software development, the programs of the software system, Bin grain sorting algorithm and picking the grain station arrangement, placement of grain algorithm have been designed. Eventually the LED die automatic sorting machines and the motion control software system have been completed.In the process of the software design, firstly, according to capabilities of the software requirements, the software control system have been divided much of software module. The program of the grain sorting system has been determined, and the software level diagram and software flow chart have been designed. Secondly, the sorting algorithm during the linear interpolation algorithm and circular interpolation algorithm of the Motion Control process have been designed. Thirdly the paper made a depth research on pick the crystal method. Finally, the sorting machine control system has been designed by the VC software.
