With the development of mobile Internet applications,free services are more and more favored by the people.OTT has won a large user market through low prices or free services and continuously squeezed the living space of Operators' traditional businesses.As a result,Operators'revenues have dropped dramatically and will continue to face the pressure of transformation.In order to compete with Internet companies,operators make use of the advantages of traditional communications to encapsulate data service capabilities such as voice capabilities and messaging capabilities into APIs and open them to enterprises or individual users.By exposing the network capacity,operators can expand their vertical businesses and increase their revenue channels.It can also enables back charge transform to forward charge.In this paper,author carry out a series of research work which combines development and testing of network capacity exposure platform at China Mobile Research Institute.It can be divide into the following points(?)?I investigate the research background,research purpose and research status of the network capacity exposure and expound its future development trend.Then I introduce the open scheme and network structure of China Mobile's network capacity exposure platform and introduce the advantages and disadvantages of the open scheme of this scheme relative to other operators' network capacity exposure scheme in detail.(?)?In order to manage the APIs better,this paper designs the operational management scheme based on China Mobile's network capacity exposure.The scheme includes:API management,API role's management,API ordering,number management,application management,security protection and scheduling management.In this paper,the principle of designing each module and the idea of the design are expounded.In view of the flow control function and the creation of composite API,its implementation process,test methods and checkpoints are introduced in detail.(?)?In this paper,all the modules of operational management scheme are designed with corresponding test cases.The experiments are carried out in the laboratory of Mobile Institute.The results are presented in wireshark package.We verify the test case is correct or not by comparing the parameters of each code stream with the designed test specifications.This paper analyzes the experimental results of flow control function and the creation of composite APIs.Combing the test results of other test cases can be used to prove the correctness and availability of operational management solutions.
