As the crucial link in the course of oilfield gathering and transportation production, multipurpose station is majorly applied to conduct the oil, gas, water three phase separating for the oil, to perform further purification and heating for the oil as well as to transport or export the oil at last. The oil gas production in our country began to adopt the automation technology since the1990s and currently with the wider and wider application of information technology and automation technology of industry, our country has implemented automatic oilfield transformation on the various processing links of the oilfield in order to reduce the working strength of the labor and improve the exploration efficiency. The automatic multipurpose station will achieve the collection, control and monitoring of the key parameters in the entire processing course of the station, which will ensure the steady and secure operation of the production system.Taking the automatic monitoring system from Shixi Multipurpose Station of Xinjiang Oilfield Company as the research object, this thesis is intended to design an automatic control system integrating the distributed control system (DCS), industrial Ethernet and the fieldbus technology together, in order to achieve the remote automatic monitoring on the various operating procedures of the multipurpose station including water injection, dosing, three phase separating of oil, gas, water, pressurizing and so on. Furthermore, such automatic control system will perform data collection through field instruments and then transmit the collected signals to field control station by utilizing analogue, digital signals or fieldbus; then the field control stations, operator stations and data server as well as engineer station will connect to the industrial Ethernet so as to achieve the data exchange between various stations and the servers; moreover, through the respective configuration programs installed on the engineer station, the system will apply configuration on the entire multipurpose station; furthermore, with the operators running real-time monitoring program, the system will manage to apply monitoring and control over the whole system.To be specific, the design contents include two aspects, the hardware design and the software design. Hardware design refers to the type selection, installation and adjustment for the field control cabinet components, implementation institutions as well as the control network; whereas the software design includes the configuration for devices, database, server algorithm, controller algorithm, graph monitoring and so on and furthermore it will install the project files to field control station, data station and operator station. By means of software and hardware adjustment, design work is committed to ensure the normal trial run and operation of the system.By adopting and utilizing simulation software to simulate the field control station to perform preliminary software adjustment, this design will greatly cut down the system development period and costs. With PID algorithm, it will assure the steadiness and efficiency of the production. Moreover, the stability, reliability and low failure rate after production launch has further validated the fitness and effectiveness of this design.
