Now distributed control system has been widely applied to every field of industrialcontrol,structuring distributed control system accord with industrial automationdevelopment trend is imperative.With continuous self-perfection of ethernet technologyand development of computer network technology,The ethernet technology for thetraditional management constantly have infiltrated to the process-monitoring layer evenfield device layer.Global-opened industrial control network based on industrial ethernetis unstoppable trend of automatic control technology development.Firstly,distributed control technology and industrial ethernet were reviewed in thispaper; necessity and feasibility of combining industrial ethernet with distributed controlsystem is discussed.This paper analyzed real-time and reliability problems of theethernet application in industrial control field, combining with the present domestic andforeign research results, giving an effective solution.In this paper, based on industrial Ethernet distributed control system, and takentablet production process as an example, according to the pharmaceutical productionproduction technology and technical requirements, establish the site monitoring systemin tablet coating and packaging workshop,at the same time,to facilitate the centralizedmanagement,the remote monitoring of the central control room is also necessary.torealize the system construction.In the concrete design, firstly determine overall structureof the system:The filed layer and control layer control structure, based on the industrialethernet communication, realized the PC plus PLC plus industrial ethernet distributedmonitoring.Based on the technological process and the analysis of the system structure,from hardware configuration, this paper expounded the distribution controlscheme;Secondly, design software function modules of the system,including acquisitionof system detection signals,process control,touch panel configuration, optical fiber ringnetwork settings,system communication and network heart-beat diagnosis;Thirdly,consider to facilitate the characteristics of the user operation and human-computerinterface,using the monitor software, KingView, to realize system parameters real-timedisplay and system data management. Finally, discussing development foreground ofindustrial ethernet. The feature of this paper is the design of distributed control architecture plan basedon industrial ethernet,using the rapid-developed industrial ethernet in distributed controlsystem, not only can reflect real-time performance and clear-structure of distributedcontrol system, at the same time, can also reflect industrial ethernet high compatibility,laid the foundation for system expansion in future.
