Today there have been many onhancements to the Ethernetstandards, especia11y in areas of determination, speed and priori tiy,Issues that prevent Ethernet from being used in rea1 tiIne contro1environments have now been reso1ved. Since Ethernet is a1ready tl1e networkchoice for business computation, its presence at the control 1eve1 wi1lfaci1 itate the information integration from sensor 1eve1 to management1evel.0ur team has developed reso1ving some disadvantage, whichnon--determination transport that traditiona1 Ethernet transmi t signals,power on of fie1d device, weak interopration in traditional Ethernet, andestab1ishing techno1ogys standards about this e11terprisement. Determi-nation and rea1--time transport is imp1emented by a fu1l--dua1--way exchangeEthernet. Bandwidth of fletwork is expanded by this excl1ange--hub. UDPprotoco1 provide enough 1oad whi 1e package is transmitted. it is avoidingto be engrossed bandwidth by useless fi 11ing data that is transformed innetwork. In order to assure the rea1 tiIne of network transport, networkis maintained a 1 ight--1oad status. It 1s the ways that fie1dbus is poweredproviding work--power for fie1d device by spare wires among 1 inking--wires.0n the base of Ethernet+TCP (UDP) /IP protoco1, technologys criterion ofapp1 ication are estab1 ished, which are union and app1 icable on industryfie1d contro1, simu1taneity, according to IEC standards, industrialcontro1 Function B1ocks are stafldarded though adding to user layer overapp1 ication 1ayer. Mixed configratin and implementing among di fferenLdevices apP1 icat.ion course are cOInposed of their inputs, outputsarithmetics, events, functions, which are executed on some fie1d devices.Using techno1ogys of PSD design, I designed chip based on programming1ogic and ISP. In order to test program, I made crosstalk simu1ation uflderthe PSDsoft Express WS1 Inc. .The program cap be down1oad fromFLASHLINK, thuse1iminates on board f1ash.Using UM9008 as Ethernet contro11er, designed system is a high1yintegrared design that provides a11 Media1 Access Contro1 andEncode--decode functions in accordance with the IEEE 802. 3standard. Microsoft's P1ug and Play arld the jump1ess softwareconfiguration function are both supported. The capabi1ity of the PnP andNon--PnP mode auto--switch funci t ion a11ow direct ly to 1 inlt common network.
