Three-tank system is a nonlinear, delay, complexity and multi-variable system. This object covers most of the industrial processes problems encountered in the field of liquid level control. Therefore, the controlling research of three-tank system device has an extensive guiding significance for the industrial production. The main content of the topic is to find an advanced intelligent control method to achieve good control of the level system in the industrial Ethernet environment.Predictive functional control, a branch of model predictive control, has the main feature of having simple algorithm structure and clear control structure. Through a good amount of literature review, it is analyzed, both from the theoretical and industrial point of view, the algorithm is appropriate to the nonlinear characteristics of the object with time delay and can be easily applied by the controller algorithm. Therefore, the topic selected predictive functional control algorithm.Establishing predictive model matching the object is a core issue of predictive functional algorithm. According to the complex multi-variable nonlinear system as the control object, the subject selected neural network to establish predictive model. Also from the perspective of controller in the network type selection, RBF network is selected for its approximation capability and simple structure to establish the training network model by way of off-line training.With Ethernet to move the process of industrial production, industrial Ethernet in recent years has gradually become the main direction of industrial control networks. Siemens introduced the PROFINET network protocol applies to all manufacturers of communications can finish a variety of industrial control tasks. The predictive functional control based on RBF neural network predictive model, achieved by S7-300 series PLC produced by Siemens to control the implementation in PROFINET industrial network environment.
