| The Industrial Ethernet has partially replaced the traditional field bus to become the dominate mode for industrial communication and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) based on which are commonly used in industrial automation filed. It is quite valuable to do research on the design mode of Industrial control systems. According to the current development of information systems based on network, B/S (Browser/Server) mode is replacing the traditional C/S (Client/Server) mode step by step, to become the main design mode, which is also infiltrating to ICS.In this paper, a brief introduction of traditional ICS and web application was made firstly. Then, we discussed the B/S Industrial Control System and finally came to a conclusion——Firstly we gave a basic introduction of industry communication and Industrial Ethernet. Then, we discussed the method of constructing a network with Industrial Ethernet. Secondly, we make a detailed discussion on the usage of TCP/IP in Industrial Control System——how to choose the C/S roll of the Upper Machine and the Lower Machine. Thirdly, we discuss the usage of HTTP and how to transact C/S systems into B/S systems.Ground on the discussion mentioned above, we raised 5 methods of constructing a B/S system, which can be divided into 2 categories: center with web server and center with browser. We used the Advantech 610H as IPC, PCL731+PCLD782/785 as DIO board to build a hardware platform. We wrote the programs for lower machine with VC++, for upper machine with Java Web and for database with MySQL, in order to realize the whole system. Finally we contrasted these methods with each other and reach a conclusion about how to build a suitable system to meet the usage for actual industrial position. |
