21st century is a century of information economy. Digitization and network become the most popular communicating tools. An important developing direction of current controlling field is the embedded intelligent regulator that using industrial Ethernet as fieldbus and be matched configuration software. This direction is the object that is researched by this article.High speed digital signal processor DSP chip TMS320F2812 is chosen as a main processor according to detailed analysis and contrast because lots of AD needs to be processed by intelligent regulator. According to this platform, AD, DA, DI, DO, PID controller etc. are be designed and made up of industrial Ethernet controlling system. The system realized the hardware design and program of intelligent regulator.In order to make it to be operated conveniently, this article researched software configuration problem of controlling system that based on intelligent regulator in WINDOWS environment by using Visual C++ language and the program designing method of facing object. And also, some pivotal methods of configuration software design(are introduced; the concrete program design is done; figure configuration that can be used in distributed control system is realized.This article lucubrated Ethernet technology and its TCP/IP protocol, analyzed the deficiency that made by applying standard TCP/IP protocol family into embedded equipment. According to the research and analysis, this article brings forward a cutting-out network protocol. Secondly, this article mentioned some pivotal technology that applying Ethernet technology into industrial fields. Thirdly, this article introduced a new embedded Ethernet control module 8019AS and concrete design and realization of hardware and software by integrating with embedded Ethernet technology.Lastly, I summarized the article and prospect the research direction in the future.
