The system utilizes JAVA as programming language, JSP as main technology to develop. There are internal mail system, staff management, document management, schedule management, and system administration five modules. Internal mail system, the user can set up your own group, you can reply to and forward messages, to facilitate the exchange of information on internal staff; staff management provides some basic HR module; document management to achieve the enterprise’s centralized electronic documents management; schedule management is to facilitate the work plan and management employees reasonable scheduling; system management mainly on account of security of the system. System to meet the basic process of small and medium office work needs.With the rapid development of information technology, especially computer technology, network communication technology, multimedia technology, database technology, automation technology and so on, a new platform is provided for the development of office automation.In traditional office model, there are many defects for controlling, collaboration and communication. For example, slow document circulation, complex processing and statistical analysis for document, and security problem.
