Based On The J2ee Architecture Of The Mvc Pattern Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System

Modern office automation system is a combination of office and computer networksof a new type of office methods, the use of technical means to improve office efficiency,full use of information resources, thus achieving office automation systems. Widelyused in modern office automation system B/S technology, based on the concept ofworkflow, change the traditional face-processing methods to improve office efficiency.Information systems within the network so that internal staff to quickly and easily shareinformation, work together effectively, to achieve rapid, comprehensive informationcollection, information processing, enterprise management and decision-making toprovide a scientific basis by many firms. Therefore, the establishment of an efficientoffice automation systems have become the inevitable demand of contemporarybusiness.This paper designs and implements an office automation system of company whichis based on analyzing the requirement of the system.First of all, the paper analyzes thesystem with UML methodology, establishes the use-case model and functional model,On the basis of that it designs a solution which is based on MVC design pattern,combined with B/S architecture and then describes the design of database andrealization method of the main modules of the system.Finally, according to the MVCdesign pattern the system is divided into presentation layer, business logic layer, datapersistence layer and puts forward the implementation of the system in detail usingJ2EE framework technology SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate) as the development tools.
