With the continuous popularization of information technology,various industries are trying to join the team of information construction.With the convenience,efficiency and rigor of computers and the interoperability of the Internet,the traditional manual operation is gradually replaced by the idea of electronization,which greatly improves the work efficiency of enterprises and ensures the security and integrity of data,and effectively reduces them.Including the expenditure of manpower,material and other costs,and make the standardized management of enterprises to a new level.All these are precious treasures that computers and the Internet bring to mankind.Based on the office system between different industries,there are often thousands of differences in data,which also makes the enterprises mostly adopt customized development in the construction of information systems.The disadvantage of customized development is that the builder can not avoid duplication of work in the process of development.The reason for the construction period is that the development cycle is constantly compressed,the system is unstable because of the failure to carry out systematic testing,and the expansion of the system is not guaranteed.This paper takes form design and process design as the basis,meets user's personalized requirements through configuration,takes data dictionary,public fields,process settings and other functions as the basic configuration platform,and provides a complete set of core competence interface.The data defined by the basic platform can be flexibly used in the office system.Finally,it is presented on the user's operating interface,thus forming a complete set of office automation system.This design makes every customization requirement only need to design the front-end UI according to the user's needs.Functional points can be realized through configuration,which greatly saves the development cost,and then solidifies the core code.Through daily maintenance and upgrading,the customization system in this way is more stable.The whole application of this paper adopts B/S(browser/server)design architecture.The front-end framework uses Angular JS to control the front-end dynamic scripting language objectively,which increases the readability and extensibility of the code.The back-end code is based on Java and makes use of the cross-platform feature of JVM virtualization to improve the portability and compatibility of the system.In the background software architecture,the interface layer uses Spring MVC,which is more popular nowadays,and the business logic layer also uses a series of platform-assisted architecture of Spring ecological chain.With the support of Nginx load balancing,the security and stability of the system are guaranteed,as well as good scalability.
