With the progress of the times, in the field of computer technology and the rapiddevelopment of technology, the computer in the social various sectors has been widelyapplied, this is the computer in the enterprise office automation management system isbecoming more and more important.Nowadays, all kinds of office workers have been widely accepted concept andconsciousness of office automation, office automation system has penetrated into everycorner of social life. Office automation system for the successful use of changing thetraditional mode of office,also changed people’s idea.The traditional office way has not been able to solve the information management inthe process of communication (Communication), control (Control) and (Cooperation&Coordinate) and coordination and other aspects of the problem. Faced with such a problem,must establish the modern office automation system, this system can complete theinformation collection, collation, analysis and transfer, thereby realizing the informationefficiency, large range and low cost sharing, which can timely and accurately give the usera scientific decision.The investigation and analysis of the needs of users, researchers can determine thesystem to reach the final use of the target. Although, the small and medium-sized enterpriseservice is relatively small, but from the angle of function is also considered the need forcomprehensive system function. Specific functions for sending/receiving of filemanagement, conference management, bulletin management, asset management, humanresource management, document management. Such as: browse, add, update, delete, fileupload, file download. The user can according to their own needs the correspondingfunctional module operation. On the other hand, the system provides for office businessmanagement function module. Through the use of advanced computer technology companyoffice business, this could be the enterprise’s internal information can be shared across thenetwork, also make the enterprise internal office staff can be more convenient, moreefficient information exchange and sharing, it can not only improve the group cooperativework ability, but also can improve the office efficiency. System to achieve the goal:(1) The user interface is friendly, simple operation, easy to learn and use(2) Using the network to transmit information, get rid of restriction of time and space.(3) The establishment of information release platform, through the network to achieveefficient information dissemination and interaction.In this system, including the login module, management module, the sessionmanagement module, news management module, human resource management, assetmanagement, asset management module is also divided into office supplies managementmodule and a management module. The user is divided into three different types ofpermissions: namely the system manager, general manager, staff. In the user right afterlanding system according to its authority shows he can operate the function modules,including asset management and human resource management module only a user withsystem administrator permissions to its operation.System function module:(1) Login module through the landing module system for obtaining user input username and password information, and to verify whether the legitimate user login successafter entering the default.jsp page.(2) Management module: establish dispatch, dispatch, dispatch, browse delete viewdetailed content.(3) The session management module: see the conference record, add, delete records,records of the meetings of the conference details.(4) The announcement management module: browse notice, notice to add new, modify,delete, view the announcement of detailed content.(5) Human resource management module: add new staff, browsing employeeinformation, modify, delete employee information, view the staff excellent employees.(6) Document management document browsing, browsing file content, delete files,upload files, Download files.(7) Asset management module: browse office supplies information, modify, deleteinformation office supplies office suppliesThe development process of the system to use integrated development environment isa Eclipse3.3+MyEclipse5.1plug in, the Web container using a Tomcat6.0, database usingthe Microsoft Corp SQL server2000.The system basically meet the demand analysis presented in functional requirements.In the office automation system software design, I fully appreciate the importance of combining theory with practice, and apply new knowledge from practice experience. At thesame time, the office automation system, Tomcat, SQL Server, open source Web frameworkand other related knowledge has a more comprehensive understanding and mastery of thesystem. Due to time constraints, this paper design and use of a portion of the content in thedevelopment and design, to be in the future to further the work of learning, and improve theuse of it.
