So, making most of the network is the precondition and guarantee to realize political socialization Internet can show social opinions, so it has become the main channel for each class to express their interest and feeling and exchange their ideas, which brings severe challenges to the government in guiding public opinions and increasing international consensus.Meanwhile, online public opinions are deeply changing our country’s political ecology and the model of people participating in social politics.Therefore, it provides new conditions for the development and modification of modern democracy and civic society.
