Network public opinion was composed of social sensitive problem, government officials'manners and people's interest demand, the development of Internet public opinion by the netizen rights consciousness, resentment of the rich, government officials manners. Network public opinion also brought some negative influences on our government's electronic management.This paper mainly analyses the current network public opinion and government electronic management interaction on the current situation of the carding and analysis, local government departments response networks public opinion of the existing problems, and provide some electronic management countermeasures,advices for government to solve the exist problems.
