Optimization Scheme Based-on Performance Management For A Channel Of The Urban Radio

With the continuous development of science, technology and social economy, the world has entered the digital, information technology, globalization and industrialization era. Facing various aspects of impact of the wave, enterprises have started to reform the personnel system, which were also included various TV stations. In order to promote the modernization of radio and television management, which requires the establishment of a scientific management system and an effective assessment methods, so as to give full play to the radio and television departments and each employee’s enthusiasm and creativity, and improve overall operational efficiency.In this paper, radio and television channels after J reform, a channel for the study, through the elaboration of performance management concepts, and thus the theoretical oasis for the design of performance indicators have been studied and analyzed. On radio and television channels reform introduced the basic situation of J on the basis of the performance of a channel management situation is analyzed, pointing out the difference between the pre-reform and post-reform, and analyzed the deficiencies of the existing performance management and the resulting presence the reason, on this basis, that the purpose and principles of optimizing performance management, and explains its optimization ideas, and finally the use of KPI and KPB analysis tool focused on a particular channel to optimize the design of employee performance management, performance management and puts forward optimization safeguards.
