Design And Implementation Of Transportation Administrative Punishment Document Production And Management System

This thesis analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the production of administrative punishment documents of traffic law enforcement agencies,discusses how to use computer software to assist in the production and printing of law enforcement documents,and conducts in-depth research on the automation and standardization of law enforcement documents.The paper first analyzes the status of the production of traffic law enforcement documents.In the field of administrative punishment of traffic law enforcement,there are more than 36 kinds of legal documents involved in road transportation.It takes about 2 hours for law enforcement agencies to complete a case by hand.There are also problems such as low efficiency,many loopholes and difficult management,and many drawbacks and certain legal risks,therefore it is necessary to improve the existing methods of making documents.Secondly,to solve these problems and improve the efficiency of law enforcement documents.Based on the above background,the author elaborated on the system requirements,specific analysis design and project realization of the design of the system,and finally completed the “Transportation Administrative Punishment Document Production And Management System”.The system development framework is.NET4.5,and the Grid++Report6 report development tool is used to design the print template.The C/S three-layer architecture is used to complete the system design with Visual Studio2015 development tools.The database is selected by SQL Server 2012 and runs in the LAN.Finally,the system was tested for functional and performance,and the expected test results were obtained,and the system goals were achieved.The system is designed to adapts to the actual needs of modern traffic enforcement work,using powerful of data processing technology to automatic,digitize and standardize of document production,case and document information can be used to quering and statistical analysis.Using the one-click function in the system can automatically generate all the documents except the inquiry record on the basis of the existing case information.The law enforcement personnel can complete the single punishment case within 5-10 minutes,and the efficiency is very high.It is great significance to change the way in which the current traffic law enforcement agencies produce the documents and improve the quality of case handling.
