Design And Implementation Of Transport Enforcement Vehicle Monitoring System For Shanxi Province

In recent years with rapid development of traffic transportation system of Shanxi province, new requirements and challenges are invoked for law enforcement of traffic transportation. Only by taking advantages of modern information technologies, with law enforcement people and vehicles information entered into strictly managed system, can full dynamic supervision be implemented and every measure be assured. This article is focused on design and implementation of the transport enforcement vehicle monitoring system for Shanxi province.The system development background of traffic transportation law enforcement is firstly analyzed and detailed requirement analysis is provided. Then the system’s functions are designed, including outlined and detailed design and system’s implementation is also discussed. Main modules are covered:vehicle management, information management, information publication, law enforcement monitoring and statistics, etc.. Rich reports are also provided by data collecting, integrating and analyzing, through which a programmed, institutionalized, normalized vehicle supervising system is established.A modern supervising management system for Shanxi province is implemented by this system. By keeping data completeness, timeliness and correctness, management level and hierarchy are improved.
