Design And Implementation Of Monitor Information System Of Law Enforcement For Commerce&Industry Bureau Based On GIS

With the development of GIS technology,location-based application has received substantial promotion.Meanwhile,the progress of the 4G network provides fast and stable channel for wireless data transmission.The intelligent terminal brings about wider application of mobile Internet.All these factors work together and help to promote the informatization of the industry and commerce law enforcement surveillance,especially mobile applications in this field.Compared with the traditional law enforcement scheduling management system based on PC,mobile phone law enforcement system based on GIS technology and mobile Internet technology is strict to the stability of data transmission and of higher requirements to real-time quality.According to the above,this paper mainly realized the design of the information system which is used to realize the law enforcement surveillance of administrative industrial and commercial management.After an introduction of some key techniques of this information system,the paper analyzed the demand of the system and pointed out some main problems of the current system according to the standard process of software engineering.The construction goal of the system was put forward,as well as the overall demand and content requirements.Then,it carried on the classification and design of system functions.Data display,command scheduling and mobile phone law enforcement are the three functions.Next,this paper came to design the overall architecture of the system in which network topology and the software architecture were given,and an illustration of the software hierarchical architecture was provided.Finally,functions of electronic map and law enforcement on mobile phone were realized according to the design.Some functions,such as the map display,the grid management,enterprise mark,sign-in inspection,vehicle tracking,scheduling command and the scene investigation,have completed for the part of electronic map.Mobile enforcement part is mainly based on the current Android smartphone platform,which realizes the enterprise mark,sign-in inspection and the scene investigation function.As to the prospect of the administrative law enforcement surveillance information system,the domestic BeiDou Navigation Satellite System may be employed into this system.At the same time,IOS-based mobile clients will be used.
