The Research Of R&D Team Management

From the R&D team management and software development engineering point of view, this paper describes the current situation and problems of the enterprise R’s R&D management.Then introduced the the CMMI theory, and then use the CMMI model from my assessment of the status of the R&D management. After the assessment to understand the corporate status, how agile software R&D management methods, with in recent years, the industry’s popular to be improved for R&D management problems.CMMI describes an effective R&D management model, which include, but did not specifically told what to do a enterprise R&D management, the CMMI model is too large, for the most similar to R such as small and medium-sized enterprise is not entirely appropriate, must be be tailored for specific actual situation, this paper attempts to use tailored CMMI assessment model to assess the status of R’s R&D management, and an attempt to introduce agile R&D management, to target the R specific issues, to be improved.Agile R&D management is precisely the CMMI some complementary, it specifies the target of an R&D management team should work to achieve the team expects.In this paper, from the actual software development management, identify problems, and then from the theory of CMMI and Agile Software R&D management software research and development projects to explore. Finally, the theoretical models used in practice, appropriate tailoring and in accordance with the actual situation of the enterprise status, lessons learned from the process. In theory, the focus on the learning of theoretical models such as CMMI and agile R&D, in practice, apply the CMMI theoretical model to assess the management of the R&D management, and apply agile R&D management to actually improve the management of enterprise R&D management, in the small and medium-sized enterprises R&D management practice, do a lot of practice attempts.
