This article focuses on the problems and the key technologies used as corresponding solutions in the executive power operating an d monitoring system project, mainly in the following areas:First, in the office automation platform of the executive power operating and monitoring system,we choose the open-source workfl ow management system JBoss jBPM4as the research target.To fin d how it works, we research the core code of jBPM4, and then we extend jBPM4to achieve some special workflow patterns used i n the office automation platform,such as rollback pattern、jointlysign pattern and delegate pattern.Apart from this, we also explain the implementation methods of the other special workflows unused in the office automation platform.Secondly, in the monitoring platform of the the executive powe r operating and monitoring system,we study on principle of Web Se rvice technology in distributed computing environments as well as t he application of its implementing framework and achieve interoper ability of municipal, district and county levels.also,we successfully apply the idea of Web Service to handle the approval process muni cipal access county data and synchronization information on other Government Portal website platformFinally,in the forthcoming cloud computing environment on e-government cloud services platform mode operation of power electr onic monitoring system of the building gives the corresponding desi gn, and through building environment for the realization of e-gover nment cloud services platform simulation, especially for one of the key technologies of virtualization carried out a detailed study and si mulation environment has been successfully applied, and finally thro ugh a series of tests on simulated environment test data drawn fro m the actual environment of the future research laid the foundation for virtualization.Practice has proved that through the above studies as well as key technologies to achieve the above problems have been solved i n the construction process has been well reflected and applications.
