With development of information technology, a profound change in the concept of network management has been seen. Among which the service oriented architecture has become a hot and difficulty in nowadays relevant research, because of its loose coupling, good interoperability, reusability of service and data, easy operation of service composition, strong ability on sharing services and emphatically solving the issues about network simulation environment in the development process of prototype system according to the deployment, composition and usage of loosely coupled coarse-grained application components. At the same time, the development of virtualization technology has also brought enormous impetus to network management. Throughvirtualization of infrastructure, especially virtualization of server and storage, the network management not only realizes to be thinner, but also greatly enhances the ability to recover and backup from disaster. Also, there is a highly collaborative relationship between the service oriented architecture and virtualization, of which realization and support will become increasingly important with the constantly improvement of network size and management services. The fusion of service oriented architecture and virtualizationhelps build a highly flexible network management integration framework to realize the optimal allocation of resources.This dissertation introduces related technology of deployment and optimization about management services based on virtualization, including Web Service, Web cluster, load balancing etc and also realizes the management service of virtual machine and its services to effectively get data of resources on virtual machine, namely virtual machine management service. This paper has a detail descriptionabout this service from the definition of WSDL interface, virtual machine management service based on axis technology, service page on JSPand the related functions.Meanwhile, as differences exist among the visits to different services on the virtualized platform, which contributes to over-loading of a certain node or load imbalance of the whole nodes, the virtualized-platform-based dynamic loadbalancing model is introduced and realized. This model is mainly based on centralized load balancing algorithm and uses cluster to administrate service group in which round robin algorithm is used to balance the load of service visits. Furthermore, the module structure and model procedure are designed according to the requirements in real lab environment. In the experiment, when a certain virtual machine is over loaded, the calculation center gets the information and decides which machine can be used to receive the migration of service using the decision algorithm before the execution of service migration and load balancing. Based on this model, this dissertation realizes the deployment and optimization of management services based on virtualization technology.
