Design And Implementation Of Electronic Monitoring System In Government Service Center

Most district and county governments have established comprehensive service halls to facilitate business and enhance the government's image.The comprehensive service hall has improved the quality of government service,but there are still many problems such as low service timeliness and lack of supervision in the service process.Therefore,it is necessary to supervise the government's external service work through service supervision.The contradiction between the supervision task and the staffing is increasingly prominent.It is difficult to form a comprehensive and full-coverage supervision and management system by means of manual supervision and supervision.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to design and implement an electronic monitoring system to monitor the external services of the integrated service hall.This thesis adopts B/S architecture,applies MyEclipse development tool,designs and implements an electronic monitoring system based on J2EE development framework and MySQL 5.5 database.The main research contents are as follows:Based on the J2EE development framework and the MySQL 5.5 database,this paper designs and implements an electronic monitoring system to monitor the external services of the government affairs comprehensive service hall in a certain area,covering the construction of supervision standards,business supervision,monitoring and early warning management,and monitoring.Functional modules such as video access,personnel performance appraisal and information statistical analysis focus on electronic monitoring of business process progress and service quality,realizing the timeliness and full coverage of monitoring,and solving the shortcomings of spot checks.This paper adopts the waterfall model development model in software engineering,and introduces the business requirements,functional requirements,non-functional requirements,architecture design,business process design and database design of the electronic monitoring system in detail,and supervises the construction of standards and business supervision.Functional modules such as processing,monitoring and early warning management,monitoring video access,personnel performance assessment and information statistical analysis,and the realization environment,interface design and key code implementation,etc.,finally tested the function and performance of the electronic monitoring system.The electronic monitoring system developed in this thesis can monitor the operation of the service hall and improve the monitoring efficiency.It can automatically detect abnormalities,reduce human intervention in monitoring,and reduce the workload of supervisors.
