Design Of Continuous Health Management System For Community Healthcare Based On WCF

The research of intelligent health management system is the current hot topic. And the Chinese Medical System Reform emphasized to promote community health management service mode. However, there still exist some problems:absence of health information sharing, insufficient community health service, and privacy safety. In order to solve those problems, the thesis designs the Continuous Health Management System for Community Healthcare (CHMS-CH) based on Windows Communication Foundation (WCF). The CHMS-CH builds the continuous Personal Health Record (PHR), which includes the medical data of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and the health data of wireless monitoring devices.Firstly, it summarizes the development status of community healthcare service, analyzes current problems of PHR products, and introduces the key techniques of the system development.Secondly, it analyzes actual requirements of community healthcare, and describes the system solution of existing problems. In this study, WCF is used to realize the system structure based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). It designs the unified communication interface to obtain structured health data of heterogeneous systems in time. It describes the security design including the identity authentication module, the permissions management module which grants function permissions to users through predefined roles, and the hybrid encryption algorithm based on Triple DES and RSA. Then it discusses the main function modules such as user information management, health monitoring management, and health counseling service.Finally, it realized the system prototype according to the detailed design, and finished system testing. The testing result shows the functions of system can meet the needs, its performance is effective and stable, and it achieves the expected targets.The CHMS-CH can share the health infomation of residents anywhere and anytime. It simplifies working process of community healthcare, and promotes the hospital-community-family interactive healthcare mode to achieve the effective utilization of community medical resources. The CHMS-CH provides comprehensive, continuous, active health management services, and reduces primary medical cost.
