In today’s reform and opening up and modernization, the reform of medical and health services has continued to deepen, in order to accurately grasp the health of the residents, community health service agencies must regularly maintain residents’ health records that are huge and sustained changes. Although the Weifang community health service organizations use the information processing method, the regional information system is not unified, the resident data cannot be shared, which increases the difficulty of collaborative work between districts and counties to a certain extent. And some districts and counties are still using the traditional paper file management model, the large number of business operations to make health workers overwhelmed. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a community health service management system for Weifang city.The system is community health service management system based on the B/S structure, using JAVA language to develop, and it realized the zero installation and zero maintenance of the client, and enhanced the system’s expansibility. This system mainly uses the MVC design pattern to design the system, and uses the Struts2 frame to develop. The fronts uses JSP language, and the database is SERVER SQL 2012.Weifang community health service management system includes users that have different levels and different identities. Different levels include the Provincial Health Bureau, the Municipal Health Bureau, the County Public Health Bureau the community health service center, the community health service station, and different identities include administrators and ordinary operating personnel. The system is divided into five modules:system management, children’s health management, women’s health management, health management of patients with chronic diseases and other functions management. The system management includes system basic management, system security management and basic information maintenance. The children’s health management includes children’s basic information maintenance, the newborn family interview recording table maintenance, the children health examination record table maintenance and children’s nursery check table maintenance. The women’s health management includes the maintenance of women’s health check list, maintenance of climacteric health check list, basic information maintenance of puerperal and pregnant woman, prenatal follow-up service record maintenance, postpartum interview recording table maintenance, 42 days after postpartum health inspection table maintenance. Health management of patients with chronic diseases includes management of patients with chronic diseases, population screening, chronic disease management assessment report, health prescription. Other functions include elderly health management, vaccination management, management of patients with severe mental illness, health management for the disabled, health education management, work reminder, notification management, statistical analysis.At present, the system has been successfully operated in Weifang city. The operation of the system ensures that the community health workers can master the health status of residents in a timely and accurate manner to do a good job in the prevention of disease and health promotion, and realizes the effective integration and sharing of health resources among districts and counties, improves the work quality and efficiency of the community health service staff in Weifang city.
