Design And Implementation Of An Community Health Management System

In recent years, with the development of our economy, people's material life level increase constantly.However, along with some new problems,such as, social population ageing, fast-paced way of life, more and more people stay in a sub-health state for a long time, and pay more attention to the importance of health, and hope to receive timely, cheap and continuously effective medical service.It brought a big challenge to our medical health institutions.As the "new medical reform" deepening gradually, the development of grass-roots community health institutions and the construction of the group of general practitioners has been regarded as a key content,which means to improve the quality of medical service in rural grassroots community and promote a cheap, timely, continuous medical service.Residents' health management at the grass-roots level, however, is still faced with a series of problems, uneven distributed resources, low-level medical group and behindhand medical pattern.And at present there are many models to solve the problem where the residents' health management is facing.This paper puts forward a new type of the grassroots residents health management solutions, and design the corresponding implementation method of this scheme, namely grass-roots community health platform system.In this paper, the design of this system is illustrated in detail, and the system has been implemented completely.First, this paper introduces the key technologies in which the system is involved, and by comparison with alternative technology, illustrates why we select the current technology.It includes the introduction of REST style, and we compared the two mainstream Web services solution——REST and SOA, and then expounds why choose REST as the architectural style of this system.Entity Framework is used by the system data persistence layer Framework, and several ways of EF access database are introduced.Then introduced the main use of the service side ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web API, as well as other technologies such as HTTP protocol, URI, and JSON.Secondly, in this paper, the grass-roots community health platform has carried on the detailed design and concrete implementation.Prior to the detailed design, we complete the requirements modeling to the grass-roots community health platform, which analysis of the expected demand of health platform from two aspects of the functional requirements and non-functional requirements.After the requirement analysis, on the detailed design stage.we designed the REST style firstly, and then complete the function of each module design and the database design.Finally we complete the specific implementation of the system on the basis of the detailed design.Finally, this paper completed the test and analysis of the grass-roots community health platform.After function module partition, we design several test cases for each module, using the method of test case to descripe the test process of each module.Then describes the test process that the project test team complete download and upload of the large amount of data on different types of clients.
