Design And Implementation Of Residents’ Health Records Management System Based On Struts Framework

From now until2020is the critical period for the development of China healthmedical service project since the industrialization, the urbanization, population agingand the ecological environment changing posed a serious challenge to the health ofresidents. With the rapid economy development, our residents’ living standards of areimproving steadily so that their requirement for health and medical service level ismore and more higher which from the past one-way demand for medical services to adiversified health service needs. Therefore, in the new health care views, the nationmade it clear that since2009we should put efforts to improve the creation rate for thehealth records around all the regions, speed up the pace of the construction for thehealth records management information and achieving the goal of sharing theresources of health records information, so that provides a good information resourcefor community service.The paper firstly analyzes the developing condition of the health records at homeand abroad and elaborates the study significance of the paper. Secondly, the paperanalyzes and designs the requirements for the residents’ health records managementsystem which includes business requirements, software system requirements andsecurity requirements, completes a typical system module of the business modeling byUML modeling language as while as gives a description of the sources of systeminformation. Thirdly, the paper gives a design for the residents’ health recordsmanagement system and describes all the designs like network architecture, logicalarchitecture, functional blocks, system interface and database in detail. In the paper,the design of function module is based on the previous system requirements analysis.The paper also gives a frame diagram of the main module. Fourthly, the paperillustrates the implementation of the system, explains how to divide the presentationlayer, business logic layer and data access layer in the Struts framework technologyand achieves the interpretation of MVC model code. In addition, the papersummarizes the instruction of the frequent called classes in the system encodingprocess. In the end of the paper, it gives a summary of some problems we will meet inthe researching process as while as proposes some plans for system development inthe future.
