Research And Realization Of Community Health Services OA System

With the vigorous development of information technology, computer, network communication, multimedia, database and automation technology rapidly expands and provides a broad space for the development of office automation systems. In traditional office systems, the transferring, processing and statistic analysis of document files are slow and safety-threatened, which brings about many problems in the communications, collaboration and administrations. To this point, Office automation (OA), with the information technology, could improve the quality and efficiency of collaborating departments, the correctness and scientific sense of polices as well as the management level of administrators. OA will play more and more important roles in future information societies.Community health service (CHS) are one of the most important parts in national health care services. However, CHS in China is still in its infancy. Although recently many active exploration and lots of practice have been carried out in major metropolitans, the economy in China is not mature enough to develop a complete national CHS for the whole country. To alleviate the current status, it is of crucial importance to establish an efficient and orderly management of OA systems.Personnel management and public service are two core issues of community health services. The resolution addressing such two issues will be closely related to the efficiency and quality of medical services. After careful research and a comprehensive understanding of the business community medical services, we develop a community health services OA system. By taking methods from contemporary management, our system optimizes the operating procedure and integrates the health service and the management system. Based on WEB mode, this system makes use of the factory pattern as the system structure, ASP.NET as the system development, and MICROSOFT SQL SERVER2000as the database storage platform. The system has already finishes the functions related with the office management, human resources, services, registeration and follow-up functions.Taking the office automation needs of the community health care services as the starting point, this paper applies the web technology and factory mode architecture to develop the office automation system. The system developed by us has already passed the test and are now running as the experimental trials. More work will follow and we will update such a system in our following research.
