With the rapid development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce marketcompetition, internal organization is undergoing changes. This means that the modernenterprise market economic system can no longer continue to be under the old businessoperating strategy and management methods. In order to win in favor of intensifiedcompetition in the market, modern enterprises must advance with the times and strive toinnovate and improve enterprise management system and methods. Therefore, an effectivehuman resource management system is an integral and essential for enterprises. And a set ofscientific, formal and efficient human resource management system must create greater valuefor the enterprise.At first, this paper describes the project background of human resource managementsystem, develop meaning, function and design principles. Then introduces the relatedtechnologies, mainly on the design involves related technologies. Then introduces therequirements analysis and system design of the overall structure of the system, and describesthe database design. Then introduces the implementation of the design, including the detaileddesign of the system development environment and the specific implementation. Thenintroduces the system test, according to the object of software testing, conducted asystematic community and test demand testing, functional testing and performance testing.Finally, this article is summarized in this paper about how to improve this system.
