Design And Application Of The Special Care Information Management System Based On Java Language

In recent years, the information technology has been widely used in various fields, especially after entering the new century, information technology has gradually entered into the government’s daily office areas. In order to let people enjoy a more rapid and convenient service in the government office, the Party and the country has paid more attention to the application of information technology to the government affairs service. With the Party and the country’s deepening of the application of the achievements of informatization and electronization to the administrative areas at various levels throughout the country, and through the second party’s mass line education practice combined with the actual requirement of grass-roots civil administration work, a set of special care management system is designed and implemented in this thesis, and the special care management system has been utilized in the practical work to provide better service for the special care groups.Because the requirement of the basic special care data storage capacity is not high, the selective table storage can meet the needs of the practical applications. At the same time, using the table storage is not only convenient for the district, street and community to update and exchange data, but also can set up the base for the future development of mobile phone terminal APP view software. Therefore, in order to meet the requirement s of the actual management work with the consideration of the secret issue about the special care system, the thesis make use of the Java language combined with the form processing technology for the software design.Firstly, this thesis introduces the subject of the background, application situations of the information technology in the domestic and foreign government works. Secondly, the selection of the design language and development tools for the special care information system is introduced. Consequently, the design, flow chart and the key program codes of the information system are presented.In the fourth part of the thesis, the application method of the implemented specific care management system is introduced. Finally, the conclusion of the thesis and the future development direction are presented.After the application the special care management in the practical works, the positive changes have been brought, and great affirmation given by both of the staff and the special care groups have been achieved. This system improves the work efficiency of the staff who serve the special care groups, and makes the special care management work more normal and scientific, and brings practical convenience for the special care groups.
