Design And Implementation Of Service Management Software Based On Community Home Care Information Platform

The service management software based on community home care information platform is designed for ordinary operators which don’t have any programming experience.Simple operations end the current situation that the platform needs long-term maintenance by software professionals and avoid the limitation of service efficiency and later-stage management.According to the function, the software is divided into three parts,the elderly information management subsystem, book management subsystem and video management system,to achieve different features,such as modification of sundry files,database maintenance and server management.The paper discusses the designing and accomplishing process of the software which uses Java as development language with SQL Server Database and SSH file transfer protocol.Firstly,the paper introduces the background, significance and current status of the software.Secondly, according to the thought of software engineering, the need of the system is analyzed.After that, the software is modularized and functionally described.Thirdly, all the requirements are achieved by writing code.Finally,test cases are written to test functional behavior and measure performance proves that the software reaches the expected effect with good practicability.
