The Design And Implementatin Of The TianJin Civil Affairs Special Care Management Platform

Special care personnel refer to the military personnel and their families, including disabled veterans and the sacrifices of military families. Special care personnel made significant sacrifices and contributions to the national construction, therefore the constitution provides for the special care personnel to protect their lives. Due to there are large number of special care staff and many laws and regulations, statistics for special care personnel security work is very difficult. Therefore, how to accurately and effectively statistic the special care personnel is a great concern matter in TianJin City. In order to suitably manage the special care staff, an automated management platform is needed to meet the urgent needs of the civil affairs special care of the municipal government of TianJin City.This paper uses J2EE and SQL Server2005to complete the design and implementation of the civil affairs special care management platform of TianJin City. First the paper analyzes the background and importance of the development of the system, followed by a comparative analysis of the status at home and abroad in the field. Then this paper conducts an investigation of the system, obtains and analyze the demands of the system. Finally, this paper completes the breakdown and design of the major functional modules of the system and gives the concrete realization.The system finally realizes the management of user roles, special care and personnel files and eventually realizes the statistics for specific medical institutions of the special care of the inpatient and outpatient compensation. Finally, the system realizes the specific special care staff of the special care hospitalization including inpatient and outpatient compensation query, and realizes the online supervision function for the special care personnel in hospital.The system consists of system maintenance, daily business, data query, online supervision and realizes the full automation. The system can work properly in the case of huge data which saves manpower and resources and improves the efficiency. All in all, the system provides great convenience for the civil affairs special care management of TianJin City.
